  1. Man, your gonna get cracks in the plaster of the room, hitting the wall :).
imho – Just hold a knuckle pushup (high) position. And hold it as long as possible (keeping wrists correctly aligned). Then, over time, increase the weight on your back (between shoulder blades). Like having someone stand there. Or, use a backpack, slowly filled with more bricks/weights.
Finally, increase the density of the floor you're doing the pushup hold on (i.e. straw floor, wooden floor to cement floor etc). An effective way to train the fist, without any impact, just compression.

Other elements of the punch (apart from the fist). Can be done in a similar way. But by actually doing pushups (in a punch position). Adding weight increases the challenge.

Also do super slow pushups, as slow as possible. Then observe where you muscles 'shake' (weaken) in the pushup motion. Then, work on those areas, to get the shaking removed. When you can do a superslow pushup, with no shaking/stuttering of the muscles (ss you do the pushup motion). You'll have all the power you want 😉

  2. I would love a one on one with this Sensei. Im training for my brown belt but feel I need maybe new eyes to polish things up etc. my Sensei is great but I would still love to train with this one.. OSS 😊
